Anyway, if you need parts for it I've got my 94 aspire's engine parts, I started tearing it apart yesterday so just lmk if you need anything. Neanderpaul may or may not have the front pass side fender laying around for you, I haven't been able to get a straight answer from him, sometimes it's yes sometimes it's no..?

I've got a factory brochure for the 95 model and it doesn't show a sunroof option at all. More than likely it was professionally done.

I'm a 95 owner too. I installed a 35x35 funtop in mine.

I say wet sand that flat black off and get back to the original color.

Also, just fyi, if you want bigger rims keep an eye out for kia sephia's and kia rio's, they share the same bolt pattern with 14" rims, there's a bigger market for tires with 14" rims than there is for 13's.
