I prefer to call it pondering, makes me feel smarter.
... how about planning rather than pondering...

Or when you drive by glass windows and look at the festys reflection
LOL, one of my favorite things to do. I love driving through down-town areas with lots of reflective store fronts and tall buildings. It also helps when the buildings cause the exhaust to echo.....visual AND audio automotive porn! The Mustang works best for this, since the Festy still has a factory exhaust. I can't wait to get the Festy running again and install a nice sounding performance exhaust!
Sometimes I sit out on the patio in front of the house and stare at the cars in the driveway for hours. I prefer to call it "automotive contemplation". I go through a mental list of all the mods I have planned and picture what they will look like. My wife caught on to my actions and started making fun of me ...so I had to develop a cover-up plan. Now, I make sure I park all the cars in front of the house and stare at them when I mow the front yard and do yard work :p.

To expand on this a little; lately I've found myself thinkin' about what I want to do next to 'Tiva, mods or upgrades. When I can't find any I do things like Armour-all the interior, or just check the oil level. I'm a sick Festy owner!
^you've got it bad! Your symptoms are getting worse.
In order to reverse the effects you must drive the car so everyone else can dig you in your clean Festiva, then u can bring it back home and shine it up again and repeat 3-4 times daily.
