This reminds me of the time spent in the library reading car magazines; and/or Down Beat if that is available too.
Eureka didn't have Down Beat, I think effectively saved me dozens if not hundreds of hours of otherwise day dream time.
I consciously try not to do this on the road; as something I believe tends towards car accidents.
I think people who drive smaller cars must have a great deal better internalized system of avoiding car wrecks; or at least believe they do.
There should be studies available about that sort of thing. Like how many Hummers get into wrecks?'91 Festiva L/'73 Windsor Carrera Sport custom

Guilty! I stare at mine, not for what it is, but what it will be....
I do the same thing with my Probe, but that's normally because of the V8 and turbo in the engine bay...93 Probe GT-Twincharged-11.992@115mph 10lbs

Sometimes I sit out on the patio in front of the house and stare at the cars in the driveway for hours. I prefer to call it "automotive contemplation". I go through a mental list of all the mods I have planned and picture what they will look like. My wife caught on to my actions and started making fun of me ...so I had to develop a cover-up plan. Now, I make sure I park all the cars in front of the house and stare at them when I mow the front yard and do yard work :p.Last edited by blkfordsedan; 01-19-2012, 09:16 AM.Brian

^you've got it bad! Your symptoms are getting worse.
In order to reverse the effects you must drive the car so everyone else can dig you in your clean Festiva, then u can bring it back home and shine it up again and repeat 3-4 times daily.1988 Ford Festiva "Sonic" BPT g25mr MS2 standalone ecu, FOTY '11, Best Beater FMV, Fan Favorite FMVI
