  • Totaled festy.... lucky to be alive!

My buddy phill wrecked his festiva last night. He lost control going around a corner via hitting some loose gravel on the white line. He slid sideways off a 15ft drop and in mid air hit a tree. The tree hit the driver door at the pillar. And the driver seat is touching the passenger seat..... verry lucky to be alive. He walked away from the wreck with bruises and bumps and a bruised kidney and so blood in the pee.

Make sure you wear a helmet. The roll cage may do more damage than good without a helmet.

It was weird BC he had just left my house and I got a call 10 min later asking for a ride. I asked him why and he told me he wrecked it. I got there and asked him where the car is? He pointed into the trees, I walked over there and looked at it then walked back to him and I couldint understand how he walked away from it! He is a little over weight so I think that helped coushin the crash. He had death grip on the steering wheel and bent it forward to the top of the dash. Amazingly I started the car and drove it on the trailer! It fired right up. The body is a v shape at the subframe on the driver side and is only 3 inches from the ground.
