    They used to have an aluminum underbody pan on microimageonline.com. That should help quite a bit without sacrificing comfort and ride height.

      I'm also, this summer, planning on adding sound insulation, which will add aprox. 50-75 lbs. It's much quieter than my old Festiva, even with the sound insulation I did on it, but it needs more. The engine is very quiet, but road noise is bad. But it'll still get good mpg; 50-75 lbs won't do much.

      I'll have to check out the MicroImage belly pans, thanks!

      I'm also thinking a chrome exhaust tip will improve my mpg by about 25%!

        DeathEgg, there is a gentleman out here with something called the Aerocivic. Give this site a read: SITE.



        Also, if you want to add a bellypan, I'd use carbon fiber. Not down-stating Xaero, just my two cents. The carbon is lighter, and stronger, and may actually aid in reducing body roll.
