  • confirmed lightest street festivas

Cars with a dash radio and 2 front seats. What I look at the data 4 original curb weight it is all over the place. I'm thinking mid 1700 for fuel injection. I think a few people with swap w/g25s of that weight as well so is anyone lighter than that with a streetcar?

It's a MazdaFordnKia thing, and you will understand!

My '92L weighed in at 1800 pounds at the scrap yard on exit from dropping a load of scrap. The clerk said the scale was + or - 20 pounds.

Twin had her rear seat out but had a bag of tools and a jackstand. Figure maybe 10 pounds lighter than stock.

Mines like 2100lbs with a full interior lol not exactly light for a festiva though

            1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
            1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Wow nerd thats pretty low. Im under200 lbs so I imagine a swap canstill be under 1800 with me. Not really looking for race data just trying to show friends on paper how mpg and an unmodified engine can run with decent upgraded sedans just because 1/3 car aint there

                        Same here. (newspaper car)

I can't imagine mine weighs more than 1500. I'd be really surprised. I have it REALLY stripped down. No wipers/motor, no interior at ALL sans driver seat and dash. Even took all non driver seat belt equipment out.(power belt systems are heavy!)

I'd really like to get it weighed

Glass is a huge chunk of weight on these cars... there's a lot of glass back there lol. For a race only car with glass removed you could really do some reduction!
                          No festiva for me ATM...
