    BTW, when my B6 rear-turboed Festy recorded 111 HP on the dyno, it was on 9 lbs of boost. Not sure if I will boost this one, at least not for a while. First I want to see how it runs if I just give it more timing.

      Me mad? Not at all. Come to FM6 and I'll make a rear turbo believer out of you, as I have so many others. Rear turbos work and work very well. Proof is all over this forum. Mine can hot lap after driving to the track pulling a trailer with slicks and a jack, with the ac on and run 12s all day. Just sayin. Tom's a believer

        Does the long run back to the Throttle Body. Cool the charge off enough to the point where it eliminates the need for IC?

          Maybe if the pressure pipe had fins on it like our shop air compressors do?
          Course the price for such a thing would be by the inch or even mm instead of
          by the foot!

            The pipe from the turbo back to the intake is in effect the IC. Also, the air going into the turbo is slightly cooler since it is not entering right at the exhaust manifold, where it would be hottest. Going thru the exhaust pipe on the way to the rear of the car has an additional cooling effect.

                    Thank You! So the E pump we see is the return correct? Are you tapping off the oil sending unit for supply? Looks like the return goes into the doughnut dugout area? I'm super curious how much cooling effect you get with the long run of tubing. Do you have any issues with water in the filter if you drive in the rain. Super Cool Dude- Thanks for getting back to me.
