htchbck- Funny you say that. A co-worker, at the time the guy newer than me, had an Explorer he used to deliver. At first I thought it was silly, but he would always get better tips, despite the fact that I was better with customers, as he admitted. I had a theory that the customers took one look at his gas drinker and tipped more, so I would try to hide my car behind bushes and stuff, because as far as I knew, people believed that my car ran on air or magic or something lol.
And yeah, that was my case. This is my only car, so repairs put me out of commission for a bit. I would get another one if it was cheap enough, but in my nine months here, I have only seen ONE other Festiva here in the Houston area. A faded little red one. Not that I'm really picky on that one, but there aren't many cars you can get for less than $600 and they'll often still work
