as long as you wrap it in packing tape its water proof. i would say clear coat but i dont think there is room in the budget for that.I know its a piece of crap but im still faster...and its 100% legal!!!!!Comment

the size of the money is different thats not what gets me. What gets me is how its shiny on the back bumper.
