      don't pass go, don't collect $200 and dont drive it in the rain, but other than that it's pretty pimp.

        as long as you wrap it in packing tape its water proof. i would say clear coat but i dont think there is room in the budget for that.
        I know its a piece of crap but im still faster...and its 100% legal!!!!!

                          If you look closely, the money is not on straight, some of the notes are shifted up and down, or left and right ever so slightly.

                            the size of the money is different thats not what gets me. What gets me is how its shiny on the back bumper. How do you get paper money to shine but still hold its color, also how it is cut by the drivers door jam, its cut the same as if were a wrap.
