Personally, I see his point, made EARLY ON, about everything. But if this was 'just a word of warning' thread, and not a 'dissatisfied customer COMPLAINT' thread, I can't see the first 9/10 posts being made by Jake.

I understand he's out some money (and $150ish is a LOT OF MONEY to me.. that's over half my check usually), and Ernst is out a bit of reputation.. but seriously. There's complaining, then there's what I do, scream at the guy in India about my Frontier Phone bill. There's a line, and I kinda think Jake's crossed it.

We all are aware of the risks now of oversea shipping damages, so from here on out nobody can complain about broken parts for this seller, if you don't like the risk then don't buy it.

the first is my response to him then his response basically saying sorry about your luck.
-it still doesnt make it okay that i received a broken item? non of these arguments are legitimate im out probably another $100 to get this thing fixed now, and i dont see why there hasnt been a previous warning about these parts breaking, at least a disclaimer that its not covered if it is broke? i mean this is just poor customer service.

i don't think its $100 just to fixed it for a chin broke in 2. it just needs a fiber cloth, a resin, and some body fillers to do it and mend. of course we don't want to make these things happen that's why I improved my package, the best way I can w/out the change of the cost to make it affordable going there. w/ the fiber products, i think its hard to sell there because of this, what happened. packing it is not worth the pay I received but just to make things going and have my fiber products there to those aspiring on what I do here w/ our rides, i just make it possible and reasonable. most especially the front and rear bumpers, i don't like to pack it,very hard, but if someone wants it I gave it and no choice to have it packed. no problem w/ the others like the spoilers w/c are made of rubbers and hard plastics.

so this is my reply to you that tells you what to do then you're telling me i'm not assisting you. all you need is an instruction to do it. we have the youtube there to see it in live action.

the bottom line here is I always want the stuff sold to me delivered in good shape so I make the best packaging I can w/c is still inside the budget w/c is also almost none. maybe in this situation a lesson learned again that needs a more developed packaging for fiberglass stuffs bought not to be broke again.

Ok.....I am going to close this. I am not putting an opinion down here....no need for more backlash to anyone. I think it is aired out pretty good and we are all aware of how each of us is going to approach buying from over seas in the future.
