  • 2 seaters

How many people here have their festiva set up as a two seater? i do.and i love it, it also helps that no one is bashing their head against my b-pillar bar either.

I dont. I dont like the added noise from the back hatch area.

      Re: 2 seaters

ive found a way around that with some lightweight foam pads cut and stuffed in every little hole on the inside of the skins, less than 2lbs added and makes it quieter than when the interior was in the back. little to no road noise. Bit first you need to make sure everything is water tight and rust proof.... then enjoy

My current project (93L) is being configured as a two seater. Not really worried about the noise, as I insulated the complete interior.

only way I've ever run, remove all rear seatbelts and fill behind plastics with carpet padding . car feels so much bigger and can carry a washer and still shut the hatch!

I prefer a two, red stitched leather seat Festiva. After all, where can you put two full sets of golf clubs in clubsters?

Back seat is the first thing to go in mine.

I like cargo space and I hate playing cabbie for everyone. Plus the right rear seat anchor bolt is where my battery ground goes now.

I like to have the option of carrying more people if I need to. Though come to think of it...I don't think I've ever used the rear seat..

Now that my son is older and doesn't have to go everywhere with the Wife and I, I'll probably take my back seat out.

Mine's a two seater. At the house we call it the LCCV___Large Capacity Cargo Vehicle.

It'd make the rear doors redundant on mine.

You can carry a washer with the hatch closed without removing the seat.

You gain very little by removing the rear seats compared to just laying them flat.
