This whole 'captive rotor' business (and being entirely able to escape from all that foolishness) has kept me well away from Capri/Tracer etc brake swaps without so much as a thought. The 4 x 100mm (Aspire and/or Rio) conversion is already a bounty since many of the global car platforms adopted that starting 30 (minimum) years ago. If someone had told me 5 years ago that I could run premium 14 inch tires on a Festy and still look 'factory' I'd have laughed till I fell over. But I've done it (2 years ago) and have nothing but praise (ie no regrets at all) for the results.
