I had a '69 Javelin SST. My first car love. My best friend had a '68 AMX.
They did corners on a dime, very fun as a teen.
I also had a mint '70 Ambassador Brougham that I dumped a $1200 401 one in back in '84. That thing was beautiful and fast. I'd like to find another AMC someday.Tired of...waiting...must...build ...Festy...!Comment

Man, I wish I had pics of mine. Its a 1970 Javelin SST w/ the 390. As far as I know most everything is still original and it reads 33,000 orginal miles on the odometer.
My parents bought it for my sister and she never drove it...it has now been sitting for about 15 years
