I don't think you'd be able to flip that car for more than the $6000 purchase price.

                        Not for me, thanks.

Hopefully the new owner will treat it right and keep it running for decades. I can almost guarantee we will NEVER see a Festy with lower miles again.

                        How can we?
don't be so sure twist. i'll soon have one with just 1 and 9/10ths miles on it!!!

No one seriously thinks that car left the sellers driveway right? Look at the bid history-
Some people like to read fiction,I prefer to read repair manuals. Weird I know-

even if let's say all was legit and it has a new owner for 6K. what do you do after putting 39 more miles on it? you really want it to turn its first 1000 miles on your watch? or just disconnect the speedo cable, cover the interior in plastic, avoid rain or snow and have at it? and lets face it. an automatic festy is a pretty boring car to drive. gomez was right. you'd have to put 1000s more $ in upgrades into it to really have "THE CAR". now without starting another thread, i'm asking, how you would tell if this car really had 960 miles or was just a VERY well kept 20K mile car without looking at a speedometer that could be easily disconnected between inspections?

Well you sure can't tell just by looking at the two pics they had on the ad. Would take a lot more than that to convince me the car was legit under 1000 miles! Couldn't believe there were no interior or engine shots!
