            It is nice!

Hopefully it was done right. If you don't put in a bigger rad and trans, you can be looking at overheating problems or trans problems.

I only say that because my ex-brother inlaw put in a larger engine in his chevy cutlass and had overheating problems and then blew out his trans. All because he didn't up size on his radiator & transmission. Just saying.

              Not really....

many have had BP with stock trans and radiator. Albeit the trans won't last forever and doesn't love hard acceleration. Stock trans should be fine though.

ran stock e series hard with my rear turbo sohc b6 & it did very well ! same hp as bp & more tq. with spinning 175 70 13s thru third gear & that car looks like it has 12s on it so not much damage to tranny. i think john has run bp e series for a long time w/o problems. (correct me if im wrong on this)

I had BP e series for 70,000 miles. Tranny is in another b3 car still going. Clutch started slipping at 60k

Yeah, Matt Swabb built the one I have, and have had no issues with the BP and e series tranny. I just don't hammer it off the line. A rolling start or flooring it in 3rd and up is fine.
