Go to a Mazda Dealership. Part # GJ21-46-041. I think I paid like $15-36 for it.

If you are ordering front door parts, please not that there are differences in the 3 door and 5 door Kia Prides.
This parts list and schematic in this link will shows you the different part numbers.

Be careful with right and left hand drive differences also.
