I've owned my current Festiva for 6ish years but been around them for 14-15 years now lol

      1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
      1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Very inspiring I also jettison the back seats of all my festys. I did a 3 week long tour of Manitoba and Saskatchewan a few years ago in a tired 89 with 220K on the clock (and worn out rear struts if I remember correctly) I averaged 50 MPH on the trip (mostly back roads) and often got 50 MPG. I slept in the back a lot and had a great time. Life is about the simple pleasures appreciated. Thanks for jogging my memory
            Because....45 MPG.

Yes, the car is OEM (stock). I put Kia Rio struts on this spring after a hard winter loosened up the front end but do nto like them. I'm just trying to keep the car running. I'm happy with the original configuration an dnot planning on putting on Aspire wheels or any other modifications. Bert put Aspire wheels on his cars and I got some of his 12" tires so I'm good for years to come.

Team: I still have the owner's manual package and the key fob from the dealership but don't know abut the bil of sale, would have to look through a pile of old papers. When I took the car to the dealership last year I left the package on the passenger seat so they could see I originally bought it there.

I'm only 19 (almost 20), so I've only been driving for under 4 years... Oh, how I wish I was around to buy these when they were new.

Some people like to read fiction,I prefer to read repair manuals. Weird I know-

Nitro: Fiesta is older than Festiva. Made in Germany in the 1970's. Knew someone who had one here in Ottawa. Don't know history of the name but think it has been recently reused by Ford. When I search the Internet on Festiva Google asks if I meant Fiesta.
