Quick question about brake caliper paint.
When the boiling temperature of DOT3 brake fluid is 400° dry, why is all caliper paint rated for 1000°?
It seems to me that since ive had my fluid in there for a while it may be slightly wet (if that's the appropriate term) bringing the boiling temp down to say 350. Wouldn't I have brakes/have weak brakes after this point?
