The Engineers never put a Festiva Style Fuel Pump Access Panel. This is much easier than pulling the tank,I'll weld in a hinge & RTV it.

One more reason I love living in the south! Lol, but yes, I've done this before to several vehicles. Especially ones with slap full gas tanks that I don't feel like draining.No festiva for me ATM...Comment
