                        Thanks! Yeah the odometer discrepancy was my stupid fault, first car purchase and I put down the engine millage, not car millage. Doh!

                        Also nice to know the Monte had been in 2 accidents that I never knew about.

                            Looks like the 1992 has been around, and also looks like the speedo got rolled back, not once, but twice!

                            From 162,448 to 102,356 ... and then again from 178,131 to 133,906 ..... ???

                            Imma gonna guess it had well over 250,000 on it when I got it, even though the speedo showed around 154,xxx. Hmmm ...

                              Things like that, you gotta wonder. Was the engine swapped out? New instrument cluser? Was it rolled back just to help it sell? So many possible stories from a car!

                                The engine got swapped after I got it from Texas. It was blowing oil like a Texas oil rig It now has an Aspire engine
