need aspire break info for festiva

looks like my car might need a new axle, I think from the way my tire leans and is worn uneven and was wanting to know if the Aspire rear axle would work? I already know I am going to do the complete Aspire rear break setup on my Festiva and what do I need for the complete swap and do I need the Festiva or Aspire axle?

Hey old yellow. When it comes to the aspire rear you use everything even the break lines, and ebrake cable from a 2 door. Your festiva axles will work. Im running a b8me swap with aspire front spindles, calipers and discs. For the rear, you use rear dead end ( drum to drum). You can run your festiva cv axles with front aspire hub as long as you have aspire tie end rods and brake lines. Hope this helps. Pm me if you need more info

Aren't very many rear axles on a FWD Festy. Perhaps you're mistaking driveaxle for axle or vice versa. Festy and Aspire rear beams are interchangeable as complete units but parts from one (brakes!) will not fit on the other.

ok.... I will take pictures of my tires and the uneven wear..... don't know what would make tires wear in less than 6 months

I'm pretty sure that by axle he meant the beam, I used to misuse the word in reference to the rear swap all the time

Poor camber in the rear? Not 100% sure how the rear of these are set up though.
Is it possible there's a camber adjustment bolt out of alignment or something?

Just throwing it out there...maybe I'm completely wrong. It'd be nice to fix your
current rear setup instead of having to change it all out though.

Axle isn't wrong. It is technically a trailing axle. They are both trailing wheels but since they are a set they are an axle. They are connected by the axle beam.
