That red will look great when you polish it .
Faded red cleans up pretty good
Red does clean up good mine was really bad faded when i bought it, but now look at , almost perfection.
is that the original paint?! was it faded as bad as mine?
Yes it was faded really bad i took a polisher to it and then i hand polished it, it turned out pretty good . i did use the mequires 3 step wax. But i did have to repaint the passenger door and the lower quarter panals, they were rusty.
i got the graphics off of my car with a heat gun and a razor blade so i didn't burn my hands, probably should have used something plastic to minimize the risk of scratching the paint but it worked

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
Hi
A heat gun and an old credit card works perfectly,
In the uk we can buy a liquid called Sticky stuff remover it`s a citrus based product that removes glue without damaging plastic/paint etc,To remove the glue residue left on the car
It`s amazing stuff
Cheers
Adrian
ok, today i removed the decals off the passenger side, i used a heat gun and a razor blade and it took the decals off but took a long time and when i was done the adhesive was still there.... so i went to advance auto and bought a can of DSR, it is made by the same people as PB blaster and it worked really good to remove the adhesive, i also used it to remove the plastic trim on the side of the car. it was $5.18 at advance auto parts.
Try NUfinish, it does a great job on bringing back the shine. Rub it on and rub it off....done....did my whole car in about 20 minutes and it shines great.
