  • New guy around here. Introducing myself.

Hello all. New to the board.

I have always loved Festys, and when I saw this little car advertised here in town, I had to have it.

Got it home today, and it's a blast to drive.

Not as nice as some of your guys machines here, but no slouch either.

I am a 44 year old teenager, who loves anything that burns fuel....

I also belong to several forums that pertain to my interests.
If you want to know more about me, just Google my username, I have never run into another Quaddawg, spelled like that... all the hits are ME!!

I am into 4x4's (Suzukis) ATV's, and you name it.

Now, I guess I am back into Festys.

I think I have a pretty good start with this little car.

Here is link to an online gallery with this car.

And here is a list of mods that the previous owner/builder made up, to let me know what it had done to it.

    · Extreme Weight Reduction, Car weighs 1650 lbs with half tank

I welcome all comments and suggestions. I will be planning to do a few more things to it, then someday, maybe I will put a B6T in the thing for some real fun....

I have also thought of hitting it with Nitrous...

OK, let me know what you think, and if anyone here knows this car at all..

Time to go and start reading!! You guys have some AMAZING Festys here!!!

                          Hey Jamie, thanks again!

Ohiostiva is over 4 hours from here.... hmmm.

It depends on if I get a few little wrinkles out of the car.. I would hate to trailer it.... lol.. but. I could trailer it up close, then drive it to Summit.

I just need to get the wipers sorted, and get a little heat plumbed.

Man, this thing runs better than I thought.. I would be curious to get it to the strip and see what it runs.. it feels faster than mid 16's.... but the butt can lie... lol...
