Get the Aspire front seats if they are in good condition. Definitely more comfortable and an easy swap.90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods

Does any aspire rear beam work? I found a 1994 four door auto aspire at a pick a part near me and I could go get it tomorrow if that works! Also I wanna ask if anyone has a wrench/socket set to recommend? I have decided to buy a new set just for my car since I always seem to need new ones anyways. I just want a set so I will have every size for all nuts and bolts on my car.92 Festiva L - bp & hydro g, advanced coilovers, aspire brake swapped

Yup it'll fit. I'd go to harbor freight for the sockets, build yourself a crash bag (pun intended). $100 will get you alot of tools for an emergency kit.Trees aren't kind to me...

^+1 on horrible freight
I've beat on There pitsburgh pro line everyday at work and never broke one.
I used my 1/4 inch set daily on my electric screwdriver and electronic ratchet and even the chrome still looks good after 3 years. There's pro swivel headed long handle ratchets are awesome as well.

Awesome I will definitely have to look into that!
So I think I have most things figured out repair wise. One thing I noticed was the plastic above my driver side tire (can't think of a technical word lol) is broken and is hanging down and against my tire. How do I fix this? Should I jam it back up, take it out, replace it somehow? Maybe that's something to pick up when I'm at pickapart tomorrow, I think they have a festiva in the yard.

So Im trying to take my fender and my headlight off. There are many bolt heads that say 9 on them. My 9mm wrench is too small but my 10mm is just too big. Does the 9 not mean 9mm? I feel pretty silly right about now. I have tried every size I can think of, the only size I can't find is 13/32. This size seems to be everywhere around the engine bay.
Does anyone know the correct size?92 Festiva L - bp & hydro g, advanced coilovers, aspire brake swapped

I have found many bolts that have rusted away enough that the 10mm wrench won't work anymore at which point I just hammer on a 3/8" socket or wrench and scrap the bolt afterwards."The White Turd" 1993 Festiva 144k miles. (Winner of FOTM November 2016)

Great thats good to hear, yeah many of those bolts are super worn down!
There was a maroon 89 festiva at pick a part so I got most of what I could. Of course some people had already made it to the car before I did. The driver's side headlight, corner light, and grill were gone.
What I got: Driver's side fender, hood, fender well shield, passenger corner light, pair of smoothe tail lights, festiva emblem, and the aspire rear beam.
What I still need: Driver's side headlight, driver's side corner light, the piece of metal right under/in front of driver's side headlight, bumper guard/support.
I think (and I hope) that's it! I wish I could have gotten the bumper off, we were working on it but we ran out of time.92 Festiva L - bp & hydro g, advanced coilovers, aspire brake swapped

Hey Fudge, it's a shame to see your car get banged up. The good part is you were not. Be sure to keep the damaged body parts (hood, fender, bumper) as they look to be easily repairable. I am sure they will help another Festiva owner out at some time. Good luck on your renovation!'88 Festiva LX 5 speed, A/C, Carb, restored $$$ body paint, badly wrecked @ 200k.
'93 Festiva L, 5 speed, Aqua, bought from the original owner,.Zero rust but very nasty otherwise. Awaits the B6T.
'91 Festiva L, 5 speed, bought to drive while putting the B6T in the '93. now B6ME powered.

Sorry for the setback! Your car now has a little more "character". My car also has had "character" added more than once.
A good tip for any "small" parts that need to be painted to match: Rustoleum Sunrise Red spray paint is about as near to a perfect match to our Festiva red as you will find.
