I suppose that you phone them, the think is that I don't live in the US, I live in Costa Rica, so is a little expensive to call to the US.Comment

Your best bet is to call them between 3 and 5 EST. They usually are there then.Comment

Get skype. It's free worldwide. I use it all the time to call land line and cell phones. I called them and ordered a window regulator.
