  • What Ian has been up to on his x-mas break

    lets see....

    Apexi AVC-R boost controller
    Aspire brake swap
Replacing bearings and seals at all 4 corners
    Replacing both drive axles
    hidding some wires inside
Replacing main crank shaft seal (FIXEd OIL LEAK1!!@!@##)
all new fluids(transmission, oil, brake fluid)

All in all, my car is finally starting to turn into a real car! not leaking oil, no axles going CLICK CLICK CLICK, being able to stop! I am over welmed. here are some pictures!

Just so happens that the boost sensor for the AVC-R fits perfectly where the boost sensor for the b6t was!

    That is cool Ian ..
WOW real vented rotors on a Festiva :thumbright:

It all looks really good , but what is that across the top of your steering column , Is that a beater pipe or part of your cage , I never seen a cage run like that .

yeah i have one bar running across the front of the dash connecting the sides of the roll cage. Makes it a good amount stiffer, idk how much safer it would make it... i guess a front side impact would make a nice difference? It non the less makes the cage a lot stronger.

      Thanks!!
