KIA Pride parts from PH/UK

Alright here the news:

I still talk with my friend in Manila and he was going to send me some more picture as interesting parts in there and he is trying get new parts much as possible.

In few days ago he got severe pain on his lower back and he was not able to do anything and his job in there for awhile but he did told me he will going get better soon and keep going getting parts for us. so really I cant collecting myself since I am in USA already but he will still do it for me.

As my brother in law (Dex) he was not able to do for me since his other brother (Jay) just got married and left the parent house... so their parent just old and need some support from my brother in law... so I go with business with my friend in Manila and he is one who knows a lot about KIA parts and some other cars than my brother in law do.

I am expecting them to have many parts to send here during summer time and I'll sort out the parts and break down into boxes and have send to you guys.

So sorry guys for having such long delays and lot of going on in there which I really cant give them a help since I am in USA already... so we have to be patiently for some more time for them. but in long runs, you will be happy most useful parts in your hand someday... I am still waiting for them as my parts and yours too.

just curious. maybe festiva GT-X can answer this. the pic of the dash is from a japanese parts book. it looks like the bin cavity is a molded part of the dash and the lid is a removable/replaceable part, otherwise i would think there would be a part# for the cavity if it was a seperate piece that was sunk into a hole in the dash. no big deal if us who bought the lidded box have to fab a box and a way to mount the lid. what's really interesting is that the part description is a "cool bin lid". if you look at the cavity in the dash you can see some vertical slots which i think might be to divert air from the A/C system to chill the contents of the bin. plus a photo of the bin in a sales brochure shows 2 cans of beverage in the bin. now that would be cool!

That's cool! I will look the dashboard and take real close up picture and post it here with own thread. I still havent got my box of Festiva GT-X front cut yet and it's still in customs :roll:

I am sure Festiva GT-X have more interesting of optinals come with it but I will need take a look soon and then i can tell you what I see it.

F3BZ, do you have japan parts book that show firewall remove/install? I would need it someday for RHD swap converter!

by the way the pic shows the parts, the cavity IS part of the dash. the 'cool bin' would be similar to the nissan van that we used to have...well, we still have it but it isn't running anymore. anyway, that van has a 'cool box' which can hold a 6-pack of any beverage and cool/chill the drinks using cold air from the a/c system. the system should be similar for the jdm festiva.

Not much for news right now and I have been extreme busy moving and setup with my new house that month. I just haven't started work on my desk with papers and all thing to do, but I will start work on it very soon as possible! I know most KIA Pride parts still in holding and trying get all parts much as possible for all to you guys. Some special extra parts I will buy it for testing and may sell it in here later. I will keep you guys update soon much as possible and sorry for too much delays.... ops:

The bin tray can hold 3 soda of Dr Pepper cans or some snacks! maybe ice cream bars if your A/C system was very strong ice blowing! :lol:

My old friend in Europe just not coming back and never answer back to me but my best friend in Manila he can get some mostly from Korea/Philippines/Maybe Japan/Euro if lucky to cover it.

Hello everyone again,

I still have been busy alot time but it's time for me to write up and post here...I am sorry I was unable to keep up all posting and taking too much time for everyone wait for your parts and getting impatient of me with time delays. I know most of you already got nervous of me and talking about me in thu private PMs and mod's private chat and etc...

But let me tell you one more time, I will not leave unfinished business with everyone and I don't run away like most people do with scams. So don't worry and I am still here with you folks and I still have your money.
I am sorry I can't help much anything for everyone since I am not in Philippine at time which the problem is arise.


Here we have two news, one bad news and good news:

The bad news...
I will not have all parts for everyone ordered the KIA pride parts because reason is the guy name Andrew (GT-A nickname on ff.com) was supposed to take care of getting good KIA Pride parts for us and send to me but it don't work out since he don't keep contact with me and I have no idea what he is doing right now and it have been silent no PMs or E-mail from him for some weeks although he may have read some of my PMs or E-mail but not bother to replay to me now. So I will not wait for Andrew (GT-A) anymore and my brother in law feel sorry for mistake for giving a trust someone like Andrew (GT-A) in same country Philippines and taking over for our KIA Pride parts needing. I am closing the case business with Andrew (GT-A) and there will no second group buyer ordering at time.

The ton pictures which I was used to uploaded on my private ftp server was deleted because my friend don't paid the domain renew so it expired already. but least I have fix the old charts and using photo bucket for now. :pale:


The good news...
I have all mudflaps set for everyone who ordered it but other some parts I will have will be private ff.com auction only first group buyer may apply for auctions but however, if first group buyer don't bid anything on some parts for least 1 week then it will be public auction for everyone can bid it. The KIA Pride parts will arrive at my home around on Aug 10 same time my wife arrive here. All your money not lost and I will write off checks to everyone who will not able to get items on first of week of Aug.

So feel to ask for questions if you may have...
