festiva gtx's post in this kia pride parts thread has a pic of the same bumper. maybe you could ask him if he could have bumper purchased for you.

there's a bar that goes from the roof to the side panel presumably so that you string across bungee cords to hold your cargo in place.

there was a time when jdm mirrors were always mounted on the fenders. it was easier to look at the mirrors while keeping your eyes on the road. that and it reduces the blind spot to zero or almost zero.
