sometimes when i am driving they squeak, if you press the break pedal they stop. does this mean that the disks are dirty (only happens on the front breaks) if so how do you clean it?

    mine did the same.
installed new pads as the drivers side was almost metal on metal.
disks were fine so i never cut them.
simple brake job and no more noise.

I think that the pads are nearly new. Could it mean that they need adjusting?

Good Answer Matt. If the pads are new, my money is on that the rotors are dirty. In the process of changing my cv axles, I got a little (okay alot) of grease on the right side rotor. Squealed like Ned Beatty in Deliverance. Pulled the wheel, took some brake cleaner to the rotor, all is quiet now.

            Just my 2 cents, tho.
