Good Answer Matt. If the pads are new, my money is on that the rotors are dirty. In the process of changing my cv axles, I got a little (okay alot) of grease on the right side rotor. Squealed like Ned Beatty in Deliverance. Pulled the wheel, took some brake cleaner to the rotor, all is quiet now.
Just my 2 cents, tho.
