Indicators fast on LHS

My indicators are flashing faster on the LHS. Checked all bulbs, none blown. Including brake reverse headlights etc etc both sides. My guess is possibly relay or flasher unit somewhere is buggered, where are these and are there spares available somewhere etc? Or is it something else? Cheers

No LEDs. Was working fine then one day I left home and the other side blinked faster. It's a 1991 Festiva XL, 1.3 5 speed.
