It seems people have different ideas on the fuse sizes. I also had blue, pink, blue but the consensus now seems to be pink, green, pink to up the sizes of each by 10A. On my 89 carb, the left one is labeled PTC and keeps popping right away. I have to get under the carb and check the wiring to the heater.

All the guys on there is filled with people who have done their Festiva's right. Just go there and see....

Fusable links > pal fuses. Fusable links can handle a bit of temporary overload without popping. Every one of my daily driver festivas still have the original fusable links, no issues out of them in 120k+ miles I've put on them.
