My car will stall under the following conditions:
Cruising at a steady speed, with the AC on. Something comes up where I have to decelerate quickly, but not ridiculously so. I start braking before I drop the clutch (normal behavior). When I do finally hit the clutch, then the engine sputters and dies. I am not letting RPMs to get too low and stalling it because of that.
This does NOT EVER happen if the AC is OFF.
This does not happen if I depress the clutch before I start braking.
What gives?
Also, on a possibly related note, my AC has started clicking on and off randomly, both at idle and at speed.
Ideas? Relay maybe?
