    im a bit confused

the fusable links are good? if you didnt check them with a multimeter just to be %100
is there power to the coil and uel pump when u turn the key on? i know you said they didnt kick but im asking about voltage.

Are you sure you have fuel pressure at the engine?
Do you have spark? if not then maybe your distributor is bad?

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

See if the roll-over switch is tripped in the back driver fender first.... If that's not tripped pull the hose at the engine and crank for fuel to rail. Not present bench test the fuel pump. For the spark check your coils and the crank pick up in the disty if coil has power.

Went back and read your other thread.
              After you recheck fuses etc....
I would check for power to the computer "brain" if nothing take a look at the ignition switch and wiring. Make sure the brain has proper voltage with key in run position and while cranking.
Check the wiring at the brain plug to be sure all pins are well seated and making contact, sometimes they push out when plugging it in.

Taking a peek at a wiring diagram for a 90 L shows a RED wire that is between the fuel pump inertia switch and the pasive restraint module. Not sure if its recieving power or sending.

The power wire for the restraint module should be yellow, comes from a 30A fuse labeled "Belt".

On your ignition switch there should be power at the White and the White/Black wires when in the run & start positions if not this maybe the issue.

Please, someone step in and correct if any of this info is wrong, going off of mitchell.
