    I'd take it from the hot side of the wiper fuse. That way it's only on when the ignition is on. But there has to be another hot going in, or the wipers wouldn't work at all; so you could try jumping it. Turn the ignition on and check the five leads in the plug with a voltmeter, to find a hot one.

      That is kinda what I was thinking, but I didn't want to short something out or draw too much juice through the harness. Thanks.
