on a 6" rim you COULD fit some 205/60's....They would look like putting some 175/50's on festiva stock rims.---------------------------------------------------

Yeah 160/70/13......that size is available!?! Your not going to measure from outside edge to outside edge to get rim width.
I believe metro rims are the same width as festiva's 4.5"

I personally would try to find a shorter sidewall for better handling but the 175/70 is a good all around tire for us. Shorter sidewall than a 155/80 at least.
175/70/13 is 7.2% taller than 145r12, just fyi.91GL BP/F3A with boost
13.79 @ 100, 2.2 60' on 8 psi and 155R12's
