Speedometer stuck at 15mph

i actually did this the last week, i bought a tach cluster with the speedometer not working, i took my non tach cluster and took it all apart and got the speedometer everything out of both, swapped the trip odometer into the non tach speedometer, everything bolted up like it was suppose to, i should have took some pics... the only thing which i dont care at all is the trip odometer doesnt work but everything else does, i did have to move the speed cable from the center whole to the right for it to mount in right because it didnt want to sit right with the cable through the middle
