O' Reilly's is great. The only auto parts store around here that almost always has Festva parts in stock, or get the part brought for you in within an hour or two.Dan

I think he's talking about the pinch bolt that holds the lower ball joint to the hub.
Often, it shows wear, as a rounded out section in the middle of the bolt.
Also, if the previous owner doesn't know how to reassemble this sub-assembly it is driven into position leaving a groove along one side the bolt.
A pic would help.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)

Oil Filter Spout!
Ok one problem down and now a bigger one. New engine almost reassembled but the spout is much harder to put on than it was to take off. Been to everyparts store around and no nuts to double up to make a bolt like object to screw it in anyone have any ideas? It's Not Much To Look At, But It's Still Funny To See The Look On Their Faces When They Catch Back Up To You At The Next Light!

If it doesn't respond to starting fluid, then either you are not getting spark or not getting spark at the the right times.
I noticed in your video there were several puffs of smoke coming out of the carburetor. That suggests you are getting ignition while the intake valves are open. Maybe go back over the procedure for synchronizing the position of the crankshaft with that of the camshaft. Done when installing the timing belt.
Then since this is a new engine you will have to figure the rough positioning of the distributor. I would think by turning the #1 piston to TDC of the compression stroke and adjusting the distributor so that the rotor is pointing to the terminal that goes to that cylinder.
But with that said, I'm surprised that with fuel and spark you wouldn't get a lot more noise out of the engine. Use your induction triggered timing light to look at exactly what is going through your plug and coil wires.
