I got my a/c working and have the idler with the long bolt for adjustment, my question is the shoulder bolt goes thru the bracket and the pulley fits on the bolt and the washer and nut goes on the end, is there a spacer somewhere in the mix? It seems very sloppy when tight, thanks.

These are the only pieces on the pulley. If you have slop, you likely have a bearing coming apart.
