I am now the proud owner of a 1993 Moneypitstiva, lol
anyways, I traded my boat for this car. 1993 5 Speed, L. Turns out the car has been sitting for a while, so you can imagine the condition the brake lines are in. Needless to say, I have one brake (pass. side front) that is about, eh, idk, .121458% working.
My question is this, even with no leaks elsewhere, shouldnt the pedal firm up after a few pumps if the motor isn't running? I know when my 1992 Gmc Sierra blew both the front and rear lines at the same time, After a few pumps with the engine not running, the pedal got firm. Could it be a seal in the master cylinder? or possibly the brake booster?
and another thing that idk anything about, is it normal for the idle speed to drop when it is put in gear? I've never had any other standard do it to me.
sorry for the long post, but thanks in advance for maybe possibly and help
