    I hope you aren't taking this personal. Nothing to suggest you aren't doing anything correct.

    I pretty much tighten mine just past where the side-to-side movement stops. going too tight just wears them out quicker.

      ^^ True that. Didn't mean anything by what I posted. I took the phrase "the wheels didn't spin freely" to mean they didn't spin as they should.
