FP relay is under the left side of your dash.
There is a bypass for the VAF in the engine wiring near the coil around the left strut tower and firewall. It has two wires and I think one is brown, one black. Put a paper clip or wire in it to check VAF bypass to see if your pump runs.
Maybe someone else can give better directions.
