Push The Cover All The Way On? I Never Removed The Needles, Just The Clear Front Cover, And The 9 Or So Screws From The Mainboard To Seperate The Cluster Into 3 Pieces. I Will Check Though, Just In Case I Missed Something.

OK, probably not your problem then.
I need to check one of my gages and see if the gage itself has an adjustment to make corrections on it.

Ok I Just Went Out And Double Checked, And The Needle Appears To Be Right Where It Is Supposed To Be, No Rubbing Or Contact With The Back OR Front Cover. BUT I DID Remember Something. Before I Put The Orange Tach Cluster In, I Noticed That The Fuel Gauge Read About An Inch BELOW Empty, When The Cluster Was Just Sitting On My Desk. So Could It Be That I Just Need To Reset The Position Of The Needle Maybe? Fill It Up With Gas Until The Pump Clicks Off, Remove The Needle, And Replace It On The Full Position?

          Might be it!
But just in case, fill it up first (doesn't matter just so long as it is really full).
Then mark the original place the pointer is, before you move it, so you can return it to that position if that isn't the issue.

Just make sure you have plenty of gas while your diving it with a malfunctioning fuel gage, not worth the aggravation running out of gas causes.
Also the tach cluster gives you a trip ODO, so that helps you judge when you should get fuel.

LOL, that why I got mine too!
I killed 2 batteries by leaving the damn lights on after day light savings time gets implemented.
                  Tach cluster cheaper than batteries!

I figured you did. The fact that it didnt even register until it was revved up would drive me insane.

AAAHH HHAAA!!!! It WAS Not The Clear Plastic Front That Was Rubbing, But The BLACK COVER That Hides The Bottom Of The Needle That Was The Culprit. I Trimmed It Off With A Dremel, And All Is Well Again. MY FUEL GAUGE NOW WORKS AS IT SHOULD!!! Thanks Again For Everyone's Help.
