Man that sounds like a module, but you should pull those fusible links, try to clean them, and replace then with the fuses they sell at auto parts stores.
30-40-30 amp square plug in fuses. Very cheap and peace of mind. The fusible links tend to give trouble at some point anyway.
I used a copper brush cleaning tip from a gun cleaning kit to get down in between the contacts and get the corrosion thats down in the contacts.

To check power at the spark plug pull one of the wires and hold it close to the block and crank the engine once or twice. If there is power there will be a spark. Only hold it 1/4" from the block and don't touch any metal youeself, otherwise you could get a bit of a shock.

Another thing to check since it sat is make sure inside the VAF there is a flapper. Make sure that flapper is free and not bound up.

The vaf site on top the air cleaner. Just remove the top and move the door make sure its free. A fuel issue is my guess as well I'm thinking fuel pump. Also your main relay is just in front of the battery attached to the fender. You will feel a large click on key cycle. I'm running a service trk for swift transport and I'm in your area often let me know if parts or fresh hands are needed

OK! checked the VAF and it is working. i mean not frozen up. i cleaned the battery terminals and put fuses to replace the fuse able links and still nothing! i git power at the coil to the black wire and i get it coming out of the coil in the yellow and green wire. i get power going in to the ignition module at the yellow and green wire but no power at the blue and Orange wire. the ground is good at the good at the ignition module but i think i should be getting power at the blue and Orange wire that goes to the ECM. i don't hear a click at the main relay but if that was bad would it still crank over!

the main relay is the one hanging on the fender behind the battery with the radiator overflow right?

I would pull my fuel line and make sure I had fuel pressure. Push in the vaf door and the pump will run. If you have fuel then I would go to the ten pin connector under battery and check there for problems. Also remove and clean all grounds in the engine bay mostly the body grounds under battery. If everything is as you say it has to be fuel problem.
