      I've heard this crap before, they spoon fed you SH*#!!!!!!!!!!!!

      and about where that oil came from??? they did not say , RIGHT????

      and about the shifter bushing ( singular , not plural !!!!!)you should be able to get it from Mazda or ford!!!!

        Ive notice a build up of deposits on the contact points in the distributor cap, don't know if its carbon. Its a crusty white/gray deposit Ive also changed plugs and found that a brand new plug was bad. Try pulling individual plug wires while the car is running. If you pull one that is on bad cylinder the idle wont change. That would be the suspect area. Use insulated puller or else you'll have a shocking experience.
