H300 relay. What does it control. That is what keeps clicking. I took it out and put it back in. Now check engine lights is blinking fast

where is the relay located? sometimes the ecm will remember a fault code, disconnect the neg battery cable for a while (10-15) min and try hooking it back up to clear the code if that is the problemComment
