Leaks and squirts

i am a new festiva owner and other then needing a few things fixed from what i can tell its in top shape...i am not car wizz in fact i was a WoW nerd till i got it for my 21st for this reason i have no clue whats what, i have this metal pipe coming out of radiator and it pretty much goes around my hole engine and then turns into a rubber pipe nare the backof the engine, the problem is its spitting out more water then i can poke a stick at, 4 main holes and 2 dripping ones could i fix this at all? if not whats it called so i can replace it also have oil slowly leaking from the metal square thing with spark plugs in it again whats it called and what could be wrong with it? i get my P's in 6-7 months so i am hoping to have it ready for the pits

I'm not really sure about the name of the tube but I know it's for Coolant to run through. Does it have actual holes in it or is it just leaking where it attaches to the engine?( under your exhaust manifold)
The "thing with the spark plugs in it" is your cylinder head, most likely it's the "valve cover" gasket leaking. this cover is located on top of your cylinder head.

cheers na this pipe is leaking bad , if it was a boat it would sink , i can put the hose on full and blast water out of the metal pipe the holes are all close they are in a cervy part of the pipe right past that metal plate on the frount of the engine ,

i am doing cert 2 in mech's but it dont start till a little later on

Wow a 1993? and it has a carb? And the brake master cylinder/brake fluid reservoir and steering are on the "wrong" side! haha! Crazy aus cars?! :p
Over here that would be an 88-89 Festy and that stuff is on the other side, but the engine sits the same.

haha thanks yeah funny how easy the pipe was to get compared to a new engine...haha hey its not crazy to me , crazy to me is driving on the opposite side of the road bloody tourist , people in aus keep telling me to get a different car but i like my festy
