a/c cycling too quickly

When I got my Chevy Iraqui Malibu, it had a compressor that wouldn't cycle. After I froze my brains out, I only had to move one wire over to restore cycling and unthaw the inside of the vehicle. The 5000 vehicles were intended for permanent use in the desert, before Iraq backed out of the contract.

I ran over to Levitans with my gauges, the system was down around 26 psi so we stoped that project and installed an entry door to the basement, we will get back to the AC later. Thanks for the thoughts and suggestions.
