      make sure the fuel lines are in the right spot... if you swap the feed and return lines at the fuel rail, the car will not run... just something to double check.
      Trees aren't kind to me...

      currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
      94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

        update!!

        pump works and there is pressure at the fuel rails .
        car runs good by injecting fuel into intake so it looks like a wiring problem at ttyhe injectors, they checked the crash switch and that just turns off the fuel pump and not the injectors I think so is there a relay or fuse that should be looked at?

          fuel pressure regulator okay?

          spritz some WD40 into the connector for the injectors and see if that cleans them up a bit

                right above the hood release, one screw you can't really get to, black and yellow generally

                  also, check the EGI fuseable link for power and also look for power at the body side of the injector harness.

                    send your friend this picture its below the brake booster twords drivers fender jump this with a paper clip its ur fuel pump jumper spot its super easy even a kid can do this

                      The car is on the road!!
                      Turned out to be a bad connection at the fuel pump.
                      Overlooked because he said that it was changed..... NEVER do this!
